About Knoxville’s Premier Pet Facility
As Knoxville’s Premier Pet Care Facility since 1995, All Kreatures represents the very best in Pet Boarding and Grooming Services. We are owner-managed and take our responsibility very seriously. Our goal is to provide a level of comfort that allows you to travel away from your pet without worry or guilt.
When entering or leaving our building, please have your dog on a leash or your cat in a carrier. Thank you!
Reservations
Although reservations are not always required, we do recommend that you plan ahead. Please keep in mind that we may be very busy during the summer, holidays and some football weekends.
Please call (865) 675-0799 for information or to make a reservation. We do not accept reservations via email or Facebook.
Check In
During check-in we will familiarize ourselves with your pet. We want to know about your pet’s diet, medications, daily habits and any existing conditions that may require special attention. Our insurance requires that you have your dog on a leash or your cat in a carrier when entering and leaving our building.
In Case of Illness
In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill while with us, we will seek prompt medical care by your veterinarian if it is feasible. In case of illness, we will make every attempt to notify you or your emergency contact as quickly as possible at the emergency number provided at check-in.
Vaccinations
To ensure the health and well-being of all our guests and staff, we require proof that all vaccinations are current. Any vaccine must be administered by a Licensed Veterinarian. We also require that all vaccines are given a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival. Vaccine reactions are rare, but they do occur and require prompt medical treatment.
We require that all dogs have the Canine Influenza Bivalent H3N2 & H3N8 Vaccine. This is administered in two doses at a minimum of two weeks apart. Please see your Veterinarian for details. This will be required for all services including Grooming.
Dogs: Rabies, Canine Combination Booster, Bordetella and Canine Influenza – Bivalent form (H3N2 & H3N8)
Cats: Rabies and Feline Combination Booster
Medications
Any oral or topical medications can be continued while your pet stays at All Kreatures according to your directions. All medications must be provided at the time of check-in with an adequate amount to last through the stay. We do not charge for the administration of medications.
Feeding
We feed Nature’s Select Super Premium Pet Foods to all of our guests. Dogs will enjoy Select Classic Nutrition Recipe and Cats will appreciate our Feline Premium diet. We have selected Nature’s Select all natural, holistic pet food to further our commitment to provide the best possible care for your pet.
If your pet is on a special or prescription diet we will not want to change their feeding regime. Please pre-portion the food into individual baggies allowing for enough for the entire stay.
Exercise
With our modern climate controlled indoor kennels, all dog guests have ample room to exercise throughout their stay. Included in your boarding rate, your dog will enjoy an extended outdoor break first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon.
Our feline friends will enjoy the comfortable surroundings of our large Kabins and the Kat Kottages.
You may want to consider other options for more special one-on-one attention. Ask about our specialized Activities!
Pet Boarding
All Kreatures introduced the modern concept of indoor dog boarding to Knoxville in 1995. Older dogs and those who stay indoors will appreciate complete climate control. The added security will give you peace of mind while you are away from your pet. Cats will be boarded in a separate area designed for their health and comfort. Feline friends will enjoy the sunny surroundings with window views.
The Kottages
All Kreatures was the innovator of Luxury Dog Boarding in the Knoxville area. In 2001 the Kottages were introduced and still represent the finest and most luxurious pet boarding imaginable. The Kottages are “all inclusive” private suites. Occupancy is recommended for small dogs under 30 pounds and older, less active pets.
